A nice and kindof cooling weather. May 4 was the Sand Art Festival. We were all set with a snow shovel, some pails and pieces of wood. Kat's idea was to create a sea turtle laying eggs. We started shoveling and digging and filling at 9am and finished about 3pm. We were just having plenty of fun. I was glad Ah Buo, a friend from Taiwan could join us. He had fun too! Drinks were on the house... free flow of soda! Whaddaya know! We din get anything for the sand sculpture contest, but we sure had a good tan after that!
